D. Important Notes

1) Carry-over of Withdrawn Credits:

- For students in extended semesters, withdrawn credits do not affect tuition calculation or lead to tuition reduction.

3) Non-withdrawable Courses:

a)   Freshman mandatory courses with batch registration

b)   Lab/practical courses and flexible semester designated courses

c)  Other courses requiring team projects or that have specific instructional purposes

4) If course withdrawal causes a student to fall short of required credits:

a)   Graduation requirements may not be met

b) The student may become ineligible for academic honors (e.g., Selection of Honor)

c)  The student may be disqualified from applying for credit overload in the next semester. It is important to review all related regulations in advance.

5) Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

-  Course withdrawal may result in ineligibility for scholarships (such as the National Scholarship) due to failure to meet the required number of completed credits. Check the criteria for each scholarship carefully.

6) Flexible Course Registration Credit System

- Under the Flexible Course Registration Credit System, students may borrow or carry over up to 3 credits within the academic year. However, the system is applied based on the initially registered credits during the course add/drop period at the beginning of the semester. Therefore, any reduction in credits due to course withdrawal will not be reflected.
